Hi, I’m health coach Cindy Marshall and the creator of the Habits for Thrive Program.

I am an accepting and knowledgeable coach who helps women of every age overcome self-sabotage patterns, learn easy self-care, and understand how to truly make the changes they want in their lives. 

I have a background in the healing arts and twenty years of teaching experience.

My drive to experiment and find just the right solution for complex problems is hard-wired into me.

I believe care matters and I won’t give up on you.

Join this yearlong group coaching program to learn 10 foundational, life changing habits.

About the program:

You practice the habits in every season until they become automated. 

We meet as a group once a week over Zoom for lively and dynamic sessions.  All calls will be recorded.

You also get 1 hour long, individual 1-1 calls with Cindy each month. 

You can also choose to request an accountability partner to give and get 1-1 support from another member of the group each week. 

The cost is $200/mo.
